Our condolences to the people of Japan
Start-Game sends it’s most sincere condolences to all the victims of the earthquakes and tsunami that hit Japan this past days, may the ones that passed away rest in peace, and for those still lost to be found and reunite with their families.
We are happy to know our friends from the ASSEMblergames.com community that live in Japan are OK, thanks to Google’s Crisis Response Apps (Person Finder) we could find out they were safe, and send our condolences to them as well.

In terms of videogame-industry related news, the people from Nintendo of Japan are injury-free and the offices have not suffered any damage:
We appreciate the concern shown in the aftermath of the recent disaster in Japan. We can confirm that at this time it appears that no one from Nintendo in Japan was injured and there was no apparent structural damage to our company headquarters in Kyoto. Business operations, including future product shipments, have not been affected. Our thoughts and best wishes are with everyone who has friends and family members who may have been affected by the earthquake or tsunami.
